The resort has 300 holiday homes and exudes the atmosphere of an authentic Limburg village with regional architectural features. 'The village' was completed in the first phase of construction. It includes 123 terraced and detached holiday homes. These holiday homes range from 2 bedrooms in the ‘Ambachtswoningen’ to 10 bedrooms in the ‘Boerenhoeve’. Along the 'Het Wilhemus’ central square, there are 74 apartments and Dormio Hotel De Prins van Oranje with 30 hotel apartments. The apartments have a unique rental concept: they can be rented as suites and separate hotel rooms. The Rantrée panorama restaurant is located on the eighth floor of the hotel. The restaurant has a phenomenal view of both Maastricht and Belgium. The square has various facilities, including the reception, a bakery, a mini market, bicycle hire, 't Proeflokaal Eten en Drinken, Dousberg Snack and the Mio Kids Club. The resort also has an indoor swimming pool.
